This weekend, the new edition of beautiful magazine emotion slow has been released – with a burger special featuring delicious recipes by Liz & Jewels, Krautkopf and us! We’re most happy and of course, we bought a copy right away to discover more about joy of easy living, the volume’s main topic. Thanks a lot to the editors and to Cathrin of Berlin Tidbits who compiled the lovely burger special.
A lovely week to everybody! In a few days already, there will be a long weekend due to Ascension day – and we wish everybody a lot of fun at picknicks or in the garden or whatever your plans for easy living might be.
Kurz & Gut
An diesem Wochenende ist die aktuelle Ausgabe des schönen Magazins emotion slow herausgekommen, auf die wir uns besonders gefreut haben. Denn der darin befindliche Artikel über Burger-Lust featured drei Blogger-Paare mit Lieblings-Rezepten, und neben Krautkopf und Liz & Jewels durften auch wir dabei sein! Zusammengestellt hat das schöne Burger-Special die wunderbare Cathrin von Berlin Tidbits, und natürlich haben wir uns (neugierig wie wir sind) gleich am Sonntag ein Exemplar gekauft zum Stöbern in Sachen neue Lust am Einfachen. So lautet nämlich das – wie wir finden – sehr spannende Thema der Ausgabe, das auch auf dem Blog aufgegriffen wird (auf dem auch das Walnuss-Burger-Rezept nochmal komplett zu finden ist – für den Print-Artikel war es zu lang 😉 ).
Euch allen eine schöne Woche! Für viele endet die dank Himmelfahrt mit einem schönen langen Wochenende – und wir wünschen jetzt schon mal ein gute Zeit mit vielen ebenso einfachen wie schönen und leckeren Picknick-, Ausflugs- oder Garten-Freuden.

Just beautiful Claudia. I’m a big fan of gourmet burgers, particularly the expanding vegetarian options that are available in many shops these days. I adore your and Arne’s burger recipe (the photo is just stunning) – congratulations on being published in such a beautiful volume! Now, if I could only read German and I could buy it (Aaron is trying to learn, so hard when we are living in a land of English speakers!) xx

Thanks a lot, Laura! We’re also amazed with the variety of vegetarian and also vegan burger options that you can find in so many places and on so many blogs by now. I’m not sure if the magazine is available in Australia, but there’s a preview on the magazine’s website: http://emotion-slow.de/leseprobe/. It’s in German, but maybe Aaron can read it (still impressed that he started to learn the language), and it shows the lovely layout. Best and hugs!
