Get a taste of our book Die grüne Stadtküche! In January 2018, I will be hosting two vegan cooking classes at the modern and urban location Cookionista Koch.Kunst.Raum an der Burg in Nuremberg.
Lernt Die Grüne Stadtküche kennen! Im Januar 2018 werde ich zu Gast sein in der wunderschönen urbanen Location Cookionista Koch.Kunst.Raum an der Burg in Nürnberg und dort zwei Koch- und Backkurse geben.
Soulfood Winter Veggies ~ Souldfood Wintergemüse
In this class, it is all about tubers, roots & amp; Co. With their hearty taste, they are a staple in our vegan cuisine, and we will experiment with spicy chermoula and roasted licorice hazelnuts, lentil vinaigrette, figs, pistachios, smoked aromas and many more to bring out the best in winter veggies – up to the dessert.
In diesem Kurs dreht sich alles um Wurzeln und Knollen. Mit ihrem herzhaften Geschmack sind sie aus unserer veganen Küche nicht wegzudenken, und gemeinsam werden wir mit scharfer Chermoula, Röstaromen, Feigen, Pistazien und vielem mehr das Beste aus Rote Bete, Schwarzwurzeln & Co. herausholen – bis hin zum Dessert.

Let’s go on with some hot & creamy hot drinks and there’s also something sweet & delish to take home with you.
Der perfekte Kurs für alle Süßzähne, die die vegane süße Küche kennenlernen oder ihr Wissen darin erweitern möchten! Lasst uns gemeinsam eintauchen in winterliche Aromen, lasst uns Lebkuchen backen, aber auch Süßes ohne Backen herstellen von cremigen Tartes bis zu Knusperkugeln. Auch süße Heißgetränke werden wir zubereiten und natürlich auch etwas zum Naschen mit nach Hause nehmen.
